Study on the Transport of Incarcerated Disabled Veterans Requiring Medical Treatment

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill By adding the following section:-

Section X.  The Department of corrections and the executive office of health and human services shall study the feasibility and costs associated with transporting incarcerated disabled veterans that are eligible for treatment through the federal department of veterans affairs to medical facility operated by the department of veterans affairs.
