Oversight of Soldiers Home

Representatives Velis of Westfield, Vega of Holyoke and Finn of West Springfield move to amend the bill in section 10 by adding the following:-

Nothing in this section shall be construed as to supersede sections 40, 41, 70 and 71 of chapter 6.
