Amendment #9 to H4278

Oversight of Soldiers Home

Representatives Velis of Westfield, Vega of Holyoke and Finn of West Springfield move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"Section X.  Notwithstanding anything in aforementioned Section 12 of Chapter 115A shall be construed as giving oversight authority to the newly created executive office of veterans homes and housing over the Soldiers in Massachusetts and the Soldiers home in Holyoke.".
