Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill , in section 2, by striking out, in line 24, the words “On or before June 1, 2016” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “Within 30 days of the effective date of this act”; and

in section 3, by striking out the words “on July 1, 2016” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “upon its passage”.
