Amendment #13 to H4397

Small Claims

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by inserting the following new sections:-

“SECTION XX. Section 21 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 8, after the word “action,” the following words:- by a city or town under section 35 of chapter 60 for the collection of unpaid taxes on personal property or an action.

SECTION XX. Section 21 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 38, after the word “action,” the following words:- by a city or town under section 35 of chapter 60 for the collection of unpaid taxes on personal property or an action.”.
