Amendment #19 to H4397

State Retiree Benefits Trust Fund Board of Directors

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:-

SECTION XX. Subsection (b) of section 24A of chapter 32A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 11, the words “7 trustees” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 8 trustees

SECTION XX. Said subsection (b) of said section 24A of said chapter 32A, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 16 and 17, the words “1 person to be appointed by the governor and 1 person to be appointed by the state treasurer” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 1 person to be appointed by the governor, 1 person to be appointed by the state treasurer and 1 person to be appointed by the Massachusetts Municipal Association
