Amendment #8 to H4397

Relative to Municipal Clerks

Mr. Zlotnik of Gardner moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. Section 18 of Chapter 41 is hereby amended by striking out in each instance the word “his” and replacing therewith the word “their”.
