Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill , in section 1, by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- “Said parcel shall be subject to an agricultural preservation restriction or conservation restriction held by the city, under the care and custody of its conservation commission, provided, however, that no such restriction shall limit the city’s ability to use the land as farmland, including as a community garden.”.
