Mr. Carvalho of Boston moves to amend the bill in line 41, after the words "Transportation Authority," to insert the words: "; provided, further, that notwithstanding the requirements of this paragraph, reconstruction of the footbridge located at the intersection of Bird Street, Ceylon Street, and Alexander Street in the City of Boston shall be eligible for funding under the Small Bridge Program"
