Prohibiting Employer-Only Attorney's Fees

Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in subsection (b) of Section 3, in line 198, by adding after the words “public policy” the following:- “(ix) The agreement shall not restrict the awarding of attorney’s fees to employers only.”
