Other terms or consideration technical amendments

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill by striking out, in line 187, the words "specified in" and inserting in place thereof, the following words:- "offered in connection with";

by inserting, in line 192, after the word "termination", the following words:- "or other mutually agreed-upon terms"; and

by inserting, in line 204, after the word "off", the following words:- "unless supported by, pursuant to subsection b (vii), a garden leave clause or other consideration in connection with the noncompetition agreement"
