An amendment to eliminate simulcasting premiums

Representatives Dooley of Norfolk and Poirier of North Attleborough move to amend the bill by inserting at the end the following new section:  Section X. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Harness Horse meeting licensee in Norfolk county shall not be required to pay the running horse racing meeting licensee in Suffolk county the 2 per cent premium with respect to interstate running horse racing simulcasts received otherwise required by section 2 of chapter 128C of the General Law
