Eliminating Payment to the Greyhound Capital Improvement Fund & the Greyhound Promotional Trust Fund

Ms. Vincent of Revere moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section at the end thereof:

Section X. Section 6 of chapter 128C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 63 to 69, the words “a sum equal to one-quarter of one percent of the total amount wagered shall be paid to the Greyhound Promotional Trust Fund under the direction and supervision of the state racing commissioners; a sum equal to one-quarter of one percent of the total amount wagered shall be paid to the Greyhound Capital Improvement Trust Fund under the direction and supervision of the state racing commissioners;”.
