Amendment #5 to H4459

Relative to Restrictions on the Number & Type of Interstate Simulcast Signals Each Licensee can Receive & the Times of Day at which they may receive them

Ms. Vincent of Revere moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section at the end thereof:

Section X. Notwithstanding section 2 of chapter 128C of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary that restricts the number or type or time of racing that may be simulcast, the greyhound dog racing meeting licensee located in Bristol County, the greyhound dog racing meeting licensee located in Suffolk County, the harness horse racing meeting licensee located in Norfolk County, and the running horse racing meeting located in Suffolk County shall have the right to simulcast (a) unlimited greyhound racing; (b) unlimited harness racing; and (c) unlimited running horse racing.
