Amendment #108 to H4461

To Protect the Taxpayers of the Commonwealth from "Cash Back" ("refundable") tax expenditures

Ms. Provost of Somerville moves to amend the bill in Section 6, in lines 183 to 185, inclusive, by striking out the sentences in those lines; in line 345 by striking out the word "refundable"; and in lines 345-349, inclusive, by striking the sentences in those lines, and substituting in their place the words:-

"(c) notwithstanding any general of special law to the contrary, the EACC shall not grant refundable credits to any project on or after January 1, 2017."
