Northampton Pleasant St. infrastructure repairs

Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7002-8006, by inserting the following at the end thereof:-  "....provided, that $1.5 million shall be expended for the replacement of a brick storm sewer to allow the redevelopment of the former Northampton Lumber property in the city of Northampton, into 51 affordable housing units and 5,000 square feet of commercial space. "
