Waterfront Master Plan Infrastructure

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7002-8006, by inserting the following at the end thereof:- "....provided, that not less than $3,500,000 shall be expended for design and construction of water and sewer infrastructure improvements adjacent to the economic redevelopment projects located on the Lynnway route 1A in Lynn.”
