Hatfield Route 5 corridor economic development

Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7002-8006, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-  "...provided that not less than $11.4 million be expended for water and sewer infrastructure improvements in the town of Hatfield from the Whately town line to the Northampton town line along the Route 5 corridor to promote economic development, to serve existing businesses and to facilitate the expansion of the Five College Library Annex."
