Refundable Credit

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill in SECTION 6, Section 3A(b), line 185, by inserting after the words “controlling business.” the following:-

“Alternatively, the refundable credit can be converted into a cash reimbursement of costs for capital investments made as part of an expansion project.”
