Amendment #6 to H4461

Job Retention

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill in SECTION 6, by eliminating Section 3C(d)(1) and  Section 3C(d)(2) and replacing them with the following:-

“(1) The proposed project, if approved and constructed, will create or retain at least 400 new jobs or retained jobs, which but for the expansion, would either not be retained or located outside of the Commonwealth; or

(2) The proposed project, if approved and constructed will result in the creation of at least 200 new or retained jobs, which but for the expansion, would either not be retained or located outside of the Commonwealth, in a gateway municipality or in an adjacent city or town that is accessible by public transportation to residents of a gateway municipality.”
