Amendment #89 to H4461

Increasing the Cap for Dairy Tax Credit

Representatives Kulik of Worthington and Schmid of Westport move to amend the bill by adding the following 2 sections:-

“SECTION XX. Section 38Z of chapter 63 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out, in line 28, the figure “$4,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $8,000,000.

SECTION YY. Section XX shall take effect on January 1, 2016.”
