Amendment #98 to H4461

Avon Economic Development Funding

Representatives Galvin of Canton and Timilty of Milton move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7002-8006, by adding the following:- “; and provided further, that not less than $462,000 shall be expended for the redevelopment of infrastructure in the Avon industrial park”; and

by striking out, in said section 2A, in said item 7002-8006, the figure “$500,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$500,462,000”.
