Amendment #1 to H4469

Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill , in section 1, by adding the following sentence:- “The parcel to be conveyed is a portion of the property acquired by the commonwealth by deed recorded with the Hampshire registry of deeds in book 6125, page 131.”;

by striking out, in line 15, the words “, if deemed necessary by the department, DCAMM and DCR”; and

by inserting after the word “potential”, in line 18, the following words:- “; provided however, that the division of capital asset management and the department of conservation and recreation may elect to accept nominal consideration for the conveyance authorized by section 1”.
