Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill , in section 5, by inserting after the word “town”, in line 50, the following words:- “, or else they shall not”; and

by striking out section 8 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

“SECTION 8. This act shall expire after 3 years of implementation of the exemption.”.
