Compliance with pay equity

Mrs. O'Connell of Taunton moves to amend the amendment by adding after Section 2 ( e) the following  sentence:-

"Section 105A shall be applicable to state government and to its agencies and independent authorities; provided that it shall not apply to cities, towns and municipal districts."
