Statute of Limitations

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the amendment in Section 2 , in lines 47 and 48, by striking the words  “shall be instituted within 3 years” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

“shall be instituted within 2 years”

And further amends in Section 2 by striking the words “3 years” each time they appear and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “2 years”
