Pay Equity for All

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the amendment by striking out, in lines 17, 19, 90, 98 and 107 the word “gender”, each time it appears, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- “race, color, religious creed, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation which shall not include persons whose sexual orientation involves minor children as the sex object, genetic information as defined in section 1 of chapter 151B or ancestry”.
