Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill by striking out, in line 17, the word “, subject” and inserting in place there of the following words:- “. The grant of the easements shall be subject”; and

by striking out, in lines 23 and 24, the words “To mitigate impacts to public parkland and ensure a no-net-loss of lands protected for natural resource purposes” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “In consideration of and as a condition of the grant of the easements authorized in section 1”.
