Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill by striking out section 2 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

“SECTION 2.  The conveyance authorized herein shall be subject to the town of Kingston’s approval of the purchase of the land.”.
