Mr. Brady moves to amend the bill (House, No. 4555), in section 1, by inserting after the word “selectmen”, in line 10, the following words:- “; provided, however, that such negotiations shall take place after a duly posted meeting, notice of which shall be provided to the residents of the towns of Kingston, Plympton and Halifax by each town’s board of selectmen, to allow such residents to offer comments on the terms of the conveyance authorized by this act”.
