An Act establishing a sick leave bank for David Ogar, an employee of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation

The committee on Ways and Means recommends that the bill be amended by striking out, in line 1, the words “SECTION 1.”; and

by striking out, in line 4, the words “Ogar. Whenever” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “Ogar to care for his wife. If”.
