Preventing Cuts to MBTA

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill by striking section 6; and to further amend the bill by inserting at the end of section 10 the following subsection:-

(d) Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, on or before June 30, 2015, the comptroller shall transfer a sum not to exceed $14,000,000 from the Commonwealth Stabilization Fund, established in section 2H of Chapter 29 of the General Laws, to the General Fund.
