MBTA State of Good Repair

Messrs. Keenan and Joyce move to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION _. Section 6 shall take effect only upon a report by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, filed with the clerks of the House and the Senate, certifying that the Authority has achieved a State of Good Repair asset rating meeting standards and goals established by the Federal Transit Authority, or a report describing all projects currently identified as being necessary for the Authority to meet said standards and certifying that a funding source has been identified for said projects.
