Amendment #3 to H52

Transferability

Mr. Scaccia of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION ____. provided further,  that Chapter 165 of the Acts of 2014 be amended in Section 2, in line item 0511-0000, in line 2, by adding after the word "provided"  the following new language:-

“that the secretary may transfer funds between items 0511-0000, 0511-0001, 0511-0002, 0511-0200, 0511-0230, 0511-0250, 0511-0260, 0511-0270, 0511-0420, 0517-0000, 0521-000, 0521-0001, 0524-0000, 0526-0100, 0527-0100 and 0528-0100 under an allocation schedule which shall be filed with the house and senate committee on ways & means not less than 30 days before the transfer,"
