Amendment #8 to H52

An amendment relative to income tax rates

Ms. Provost of Somerville moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION X.  Section 4 of chapter 62 is hereby amended by striking out paragraph (b) and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-

(b) Part B taxable income shall be taxed at the rate of 5.15 per cent for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2015.
