An Act to Address Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender Aging Issues

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:  SECTION X.  Pursuant to section 2A of chapter 4 of the General Laws, the special commission to investigate, analyze and study the health, housing, financial, psychosocial and long-term care needs of older lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender, hereinafter LGBT, adults and their caregivers established in Section 186 of Chapter 38 of the Acts of 2013 shall be authorized to December 31, 2018 for oversight of implementation of  recommendations reported to the legislature as of April 2, 2015
