Contribution fairness

Messrs. Tarr, deMacedo, Fattman, Humason and Ross move to amend the proposal for constitutional amendment by inserting in line 21 after the word "measure" the following:-"Any law or regulation passed pursuant to this amendment shall apply equally to any group, association, labor union or other organization except corporations, limited liability companies, and any corporate entity"
