Small Business Exception

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill By inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

Section __.  Said section 13A of said chapter 22, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting at the end of the paragraph in line 105, the words “Nothing herein shall require small businesses with less than 50 employers to make repairs or changes to the buildings or facilities that cost in excess of $5,000.00 in order to meet the compliance standards in this section.”
