Small Elevators

Mr. Humason moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

Section X. Section 64 of chapter 143 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after the words, “whether attached or detached”, the following words:- “, and elevators of less than 20 vertical feet, not including material lifts”.
