Concealing Placard Information

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the bill Section 2 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “time.” in line 322, the following sentence:-

“Any person who conceals the placard number and expiration date, or displays the placard so that the placard number, expiration date and identifying information does not face the front windshield of the vehicle shall be subject to a fine of $500 for a first offense and $1,000 for a second or subsequent offense.”
