Reporting Accountability

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the bill Section 2 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “offense.” in line 329, the following sentence:-

“Any person who reports a lost or stolen special parking identification placard shall be required to sign an affidavit under the pains and penalties of perjury that all the information provided in the report are true to the best of the person’s knowledge.”
