Retirement Contribution

Mr. Humason moves to amend the bill in section 1, by striking out the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- No further deductions shall be made from the regular compensation of Lester M. Walker under chapter 32 of the General Laws for any service subsequent to him reaching 65 years of age, and upon retirement Lester M. Walker shall receive a superannuation retirement allowance equal to that to which he would have been entitled had he retired at the age of 65.
