Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill by striking out sections 1 and 2 in their entirety.

And by striking out the figure “6” in section 5 and replacing it with the following figure: --8.

And by striking out the figure “7” in section 6 and replacing it with the following figure: – 9.
