Encouraging Cost-beneficial IT Systems

Mr. Joyce moves to amend the bill by striking out, in lines 84 to 85, the words "and (xii)" and inserting in place thereof the following:-

(xii) seek and encourage for participation in the program the most promisingly cost-beneficial startups and information technology solutions, including but not limited to off-the-shelf products and services; (xiii)
