Local Approval

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill in section 1, in line 35, by inserting after the word “body” the following words:-“ , in the case of a town, by the board of selectmen; in the case of a city, by the city council, with the mayor’s approval if required by law; and in the case of a municipality having a town council form of government, the town council, and in all other towns, a vote of town meeting”
