An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Maureen Table, an employee of the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services

The committee on Ways and Means recommends that the bill be amended by inserting before the enacting clause the following emergency preamble:-

"An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Maureen Table, an employee of the Department of Developmental Services"

“Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish forthwith a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the department of developmental services, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.”; and

by striking out the title and inserting in place thereof the following title:- “An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Maureen Table, an employee of the Department of Developmental Services.”.
