Local Option

Ms. O'Connor Ives, Messrs. Tarr, Humason and Joyce move to amend the bill in section 5 by inserting after the word “health”, in line 37, the following words:- 

"A municipality may elect by local option to participate in the screening of pupils for substance use disorders.”
