Compliance with Chapter 258 of the Acts of 2014

Ms. Lovely, Messrs. Montigny and Joyce move to amend the bill in SECTION 29, in line 588 by inserting after the words “subcontracted entity complies with” the following:- “Chapter 258 of the Acts of 2014 and”

and further moves that the bill be amended, in SECTION 29, in line 592 by inserting after the words “treatment limitations comply with” the following:- “Chapter 258 of the Acts of 2014 and”
