Union of Minority Neighborhoods

Mr. Wolf and Ms. Forry move to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7008-0900 by adding the following language at the end thereof the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended as grants to the Union of Minority Neighborhoods”;
