Earned Income Tax Credit

Mr. Wolf and Ms. Chang-Diaz move to amend the bill Mr. Wolf moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:

SECTION XX:  Chapter 52 of the Acts of 2015 is hereby amended by striking Section 1 and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 302 and 307, the figure "15" and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following figure:- 30.
